Transport & General Cover
PW900 (B6000) is primarily used for vehicle side curtains and heavy weight tarpaulins. This quality is stocked in 300cm wide in over 60 colours on standard rolls with some colours available in 30m short rolls and 224m jumbo rolls. It has a high gloss and lacquered finish as standard. If you need a Flame Retardant version, have a look at our PW900/FR(B6134) quality.
PE610 Matt – Our standard general cover and tarpaulin quality, and 610gsm this is the traditional PVC weight for this application. PE610 Matt is stocked in 4 widths from 150cm up to 320cm wide and available in a good colour range. All of our PE610 matt is produced at the same factory to our order to give consistency of colour and quality across the range. If you need Flame Retardant, have a look at our PE610/FR quality.
PE580 Matt – At 580gsm, this is a more economical general tarpaulin and cover quality. This quality is stocked in a standard colour range across 3 widths ranging from 150cm to 300cm wide. All of our PE580 is produced at the same factory to our order to give consistency of colour and quality across the range. In addition to this, we also have our budget range, PE560/P which is standard in 150cm wide.
PE550T(B7000) – A standard cover and tarpaulin quality produced in Europe, PE550T is standard in 250cm wide in a range of colours with a matt finish. For production run quantities of 1,000m, this quality can be produced to your choice of colour and other width options up to 320cm wide. Need something brighter? B7119 – A 630gsm PVC with a high gloss and lacquered finish, produced in Europe. This quality is standard in 250cm wide in 16 colours and also available in 150cm and 300cm wide in a limited colour range. B7119 is used for tilts, tarpaulins where a more dirt repellent surface is desired.
P630/L(B8000) is also 630gsm with a high gloss and lacquered finish. This quality has a slightly heavier base cloth than B7119 to give it extra strength. Available as standard in 25 colours in 250cm wide as standard.
SIO STEEL – Sio Steel is a metal grid that can be added to side curtains and tarpaulins as a cut resistance feature. This system is popular in vehicle side curtains with higher value loads for extra security. Panels are made to customer order, so please contact us for further details.
CYCLOWTEX350 is a new product launched in 2023. This is a new environmentally friendly alternative to PVC that can be used for general covers and tarpaulins by sewing or heat welding. CYCLOWTEX350 will be available in 4 colours in 150cm and 300cm wide rolls.
